1. Data Collection & Analysis Scope: MyRaxak analyzes metadata, PE/APK file headers, and cryptographic file signatures (MD5, SHA-256). Uploaded raw binary files are processed in-memory and are not retained on our servers post-analysis.

2. Threat Intelligence Sharing: Anonymized SHA-256 file hashes may be queried against public cybersecurity threat databases (such as VirusTotal) to verify global threat reputation. No personal user identifiers or account credentials are linked to these public intelligence queries.

3. Account Data & Deletion Rights: When a user requests account deletion, all personal data rows and associated scan history traces are immediately purged from our PostgreSQL database systems in full compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

4. Local Sandbox Processing: Utility features (such as background removal and file signature hashing) run locally in your browser sandbox cache, guaranteeing 100% data confidentiality.

5. Cookies & Authentication: Session tokens and authentication cookies are stored securely solely to manage user login states, API credits, and plan entitlements.
