Terms of Service & Agreement

1. Acceptable Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the MyRaxak platform for file threat analysis, URL security checking, and AI-assisted cyber consultation. Any attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the scanning engine is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscription & AI Credits: Free user accounts include a complimentary allocation of AI security credits. Additional credits or premium tier upgrades are governed by the payment terms specified during checkout. Credits are non-transferable and subject to account usage policies.

3. Threat Heuristic Disclaimer: MyRaxak threat analysis reports are generated via cryptographic signature matching, static header inspection, and automated AI models. While highly accurate, we do not guarantee 100% detection of zero-day threats. Users remain responsible for maintaining comprehensive endpoint security controls.

4. Modifications to Service & Terms: MyRaxak reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or technical shifts. Continued platform usage after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
